Some Apple Macs have a particularly terrible flaw that lets hackers sneak in and remain undetected, a security researcher has found.
It means a hacker could force a Mac into a coma. Personal, corporate or government Macs could be spied on in a way that even the best security checks wouldn't discover
What makes this one so bad? It's a computer bug that runs especially deep in the machine.

UPDATE: Apple decides to settle legal case with the battery maker.
Apple has agreed to settle a case brought over claims it poached staff from a firm that makes batteries for electric cars, court documents show.
The iPhone-maker was accused of targeting engineers from A123 as it sought to build a large-scale battery unit.
The agreement in principle was disclosed in the papers filed by the battery-maker, which is based in Waltham, Massachusetts.
A123 claimed that, in about June 2014, Apple began aggressively poaching its engineers who were leading some of the company's most critical projects. Apple denied the claims.
Apple is collaborating with U.S. researchers to launch apps that would offer some iPhone owners the chance to get their DNA tested, many of them for the first time, according to people familiar with the plans.
The apps are based on Research Kit, a software platform Apple introduced in March that helps hospitals or scientists run medical studies on iPhones by collecting data from the devices’ sensors or through surveys.
The class I would add to our school curriculum is a medical course. The class would meet at the end of the day everyday. The students would learn and do research on common medical procedures like giving the Heimlich and giving CPR. Also the students would research about future medical careers they could want to peruse.
The class would be taught inside a classroom. This would help young students become more interested in something that can help many people when they are older. To demonstrate their learning, the students would perform practice procedures and do a numerous amount of fun and informative projects.
One of the biggest challenges by smartphone and tablet makers is how to keep a long battery life. This is one thing apples struggled with though the phones and tablets. However the next generation of iOS devices could see improvements, as the company is going on a hiring spree for new battery experts.
We're not expecting the products to get any bigger, but it's bound to get more powerful and that could give battery life a hit. With it not likely launching until September, hopefully these hires have come in time to improve that.
APPLE WATCH UPDATES Apple sent out invitations to a March 9 event where we'll surely learn more about its first wearable. But it looks like it will be arriving by early April and it may be showerproof and have a low power mode.
What is it?
An iOS 8-friendly watch that plays nice with your iPhone
For the start of my 9th grade, I am taking the class English I. My teacher is Ms. Hunter. In this course we study a variety of techniques and learning comprehension skills. When I first started the class, I expected to learn how to read and write more proficiently. Also, to read many short stories and novels.
To date, I have learned a lot already about writing essays and stories. We have also read many short stories and novels. We have read "The Gift Of The Magi", "The Necklace", "The Scarlet Ibis", "I Have A Dream" speech, and "The Most Dangerous Game." Novels we have read are Speak and Romeo and Juliet. I have also built up my vocabulary tremendously with wordly wise packets. Ms. Hunter's grading policy is 40% formal assignments, 40% performance based assignments, 10% homework, and 10% informal assignments.
My favorite assignment we have done in English class to date is reading Romeo and Juliet. My favorite project we have done is our Public Service Announcements. I liked out PSA assignment because we worked in groups and my group made my class aware of the harmful affects of bullying. We use technology in the class by using the laptops do practice PARCC writing essays on the computer.
In the Apple rumor cycle, accessory makers "borrow' blueprints of the models to create add-ons for the products
Apple made key accessory producers sign agreements preventing them from getting design details unless from Apple itself
Apple makes "penalties" for producers that leak the given information
A lot of the accessory makers who jump the gun are small outfits that never had a chance of reaching Apple shops
Official schematics do not show up until a given announcement, so you may end up waiting weeks while major third parties scramble to develop new add-ons and accessories
